The platform delivers a single-source architectural and environmental control package engineered to streamline cleanroom delivery across the semiconductor, biopharma, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
Unlike conventional providers that focus exclusively on structural partitions or isolated HVAC setups, the Cleanroom Envelope combines structural architectural elements directly with air-handling infrastructure. The baseline package integrates modular wall partitions, walk-on ceiling grids, specialized flooring, cleanroom-rated luminaires, air handling units (AHUs), high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration, and filter fan units (FFUs). For advanced fabrication environments, the system accommodates mission-critical enhancements, including airborne molecular contamination (AMC) filtration, ionization modules, dry cooling coils, and air showers to meet stringent sub-micron particulate benchmarks.
The turnkey solution is designed to comply with ISO contamination standards and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, ensuring compatibility with primary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure. By supplying the entire functional envelope from a single source, the architecture eliminates multi-vendor interface friction, lowers execution risk, and shortens project commissioning cycles—a critical factor for rapid time-to-market in semiconductor fabs and advanced packaging sites.
Exentec supports deployment through its engineering and field-execution teams across Europe and Southeast Asia, including more than 30 dedicated cleanroom engineers and 200 installation specialists stationed in Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe.
